Replacement of the boiler plant serving the Penn Quarter Controlling Entity properties, as well as the associated equipment and piping. This project will include the installation of four condensing boilers for HHW generation. Three of the new boilers will be dedicated to heating the water source heat pump loop and the fourth will be dedicated to heating the AHU heating hot water loop.

This project bids at 2pm on Friday, June 26. Please send your proposals by Thursday, June 25.
