Remove existing drinking fountains. Run new waiter lines and drainpipes. Modify electrical as needed. Instlal 1 bi-level drinking fountain w/ bottle filling station. Patch sheet rock walls, cove base, and painting walls to match existing color in lobby. A 12-inch access panel will need to be installed.
