St. Mary’s County Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the existing air cooled chillers and associated piping, insulation, hangers, automatic temperature controls and power. The contractor is responsible to drain and refill systems, reconnect to the  existing building automation system and reconnect to the existing power supply. Capture and dispose of all refrigerant in accordance with the latest EPA  requirements.
