Replacement of 2 existing oil-fired hot water boilers, flues, air dirt separator, chemical shot feeder, expansion tank, and all associated equipment. The hot water piping associated with the 2 boilers will be replaced up to the 2 existing main building circulator pumps. Fuel oil piping will be replaced downstream of the boilers in the mechanical equipment room. The boiler fuel oil connections will be outfitted with fuel oil transfer tanks, strainers, and standard valves to enhance burner efficiency. The boilers will be hooked up to the existing building control system.
