Replacement of 2 gas-fired, cast-iron, fire-tube heating hot water boilers with 2 gas-fired, condensing boilers. Replacement of 2 reciprocating compressor water cooled chillers with 2 modular magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor water cooled chillers. Replacement of the garage heating only air handling unit and the garage exhaust fans and installation of a ventilation control system based on garage carbon monoxide nitrogen dioxide level.
