BASE BID:
Base bid includes all work, including demolition and new work associated with the replacement of the chillers, pumps, and appurtenances, unless specifically noted as additive work.

ADDITIVE #1:
Additive #1 includes replacement of the cooling tower and associated piping systems; all associated work with the additive will be indicated as additive #1 on plan.

ADDITIVE #2:
Additive #2 includes insulation, heat trace, and jacketing on all outdoor piping associated with additive #1 including condenser water supply, condenser water return, equalizer, and drain with shut off valve.

This project bids at 2pm on Monday, April 6. Please send your proposals by Friday, April 3. RFIs are due Tuesday, March 17.
